      Therapeutic Yoga Class - Free

Therapeutic Yoga at TLC – Free for all who are interested – BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) We are overjoyed to share a new Therapeutic Yoga Self-Care Series with the guiding light of Jen Ramos! Providing a free yoga class as a way to support our students, staff, and the community in their own personal wellness journeys is very important to TLC. All are welcome to this inclusive class. Come join us for some self-care bendy feel good moves Friday morning! About this Class: In this class, we cultivate mindfulness through movement and breath awareness. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned yogi, all levels are welcome! We will combine yoga poses (asanas), breath work (pranayama), & meditation to connect the body, mind, and spirit. With an emphasis on safety, this practice will gently work through functional movement patterns of the body to strengthen, open, and balance the entire self. All your work in the practice will lead up to a meditation soothing the soul–If you’re looking for health, flexibility, connection to your consciousness….everywhere in between, come try it out!   We hope you join us Friday for therapeutic yoga at TLC! We will have several just in case.
