      “Come Home to GAT” this Labor Day Weekend, August 30 - September 1, 2019, as we host our 53rd Annual Gymnastics Association of Texas Convention at the beautiful Renaissance Hotel in Austin, Texas.   ALL conference registration & ITP registration includes lectures, annual membership dues, access to membership directory, and one ticket to Saturday night's banquet.  GAT rotates Instructor Training Programs (ITP) each year, so  not all are offered each year. The ITP courses for 2019 are listed below.  ITP Course descriptions are found at  Attendees who register for an ITP course MUST attend the entire ITP course to receive a certificate. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation for any off-site courses. Early-Bird Tickets   April 1 - June 15              $185/Convention or $215/ITP Courses Regular Tickets       June 16 - August 15          $205/Convention or $235/ITP Courses Late Tickets            August 16 - August 31      $225/Convention or $265/ITP Courses Are there any discounts for groups?   Yes, for every 10 paid registrations (either regular or ITP) you purchase, in one order, you can choose the FREE ticket option for one regular (non-ITP) registration.  All eleven registrations MUST be entered at same time to redeem! Is my registration/ticket transferrable? You can transfer your event ticket/registration to someone else just by updating your order information with the new attendee's information by August 20th.  You can also make changes to your ticket type. Can I update my registration information?  You can update the information on your order (like name, email address, or answers to questions) by clicking your order on the Eventbrite’s Tickets page.  Here, you can send a message to the organizer by selecting the "Contact the Organizer" button. Also, if you entered a typo for your email, you can easily log in with the typo'd email address and password to update the email address on your Eventbrite account. If you don't recall the typo'd email address, you'll want to reach out to the event organizer for assistance. What if I don't know the name of my coach yet?  You may purchase tickets early by typing name as “Coach 1”, “Coach 2”, etc.  Once coaches names are known, you may email, by August 20th, with name changes. You may also log back into Eventbrite and make name corrections yourself. (see instructions above.)  No name changes will be made to tickets viat Eventbrite after August 20th. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?  It is best that you bring your printed ticket with you to the event to avoid any questions about registration.  An ID may be required to pick up your ticket. Can I purchase an additional banquet ticket?  If extra tickets are available, they can be purchased onsite for $55 per person.  All guest, ages one and up, must have a ticket. Substitution/Transfer Policy?  There will be a $25 fee for any changes in name or ticket types made after August 20th and before August 29th.  There will be no name changes made after August 29th.   Are GAT t-shirts included in registration?  No, T-shirts are not included in ticket price.  NEW THIS YEAR, attendees may purchase a variety of GAT logo items at the GAT booth located within the vendor hall.  Items are first come basis.   Where Can I See Schedule?  GAT is green, so we do not print out hard copies of the schedule.  The hotel will have schedule rolling on their video screens.  You may also download the app to view this year's schedule, which is still subject to some changes at Refund policy?  ALL refunds must be requested in writing by either US Mail or by email and sent to the address on the registration form or to  Requests must be postmarked before midnight on 8/15/19. Refunds are available less a $45.00 processing fee.  Absolutely no refunds after 8/15/19.
