      You may be curious about mindfulness meditation, but don't know how or where to begin. Or perhaps you keep hearing about the many benefits of meditation, and believe it can help others, but not yourself.  Or maybe, you have started a meditation practice, but feel a little stuck, confused, or doubt, if you are even practicing correctly.   No matter where you stand on your path, this four week program is designed for you. Your instructor, Claudio Barrientos, will lead you each week as you explore different teachings of mindfulness meditation and how it can strengthen your practice. The Fundamentals of Mindfulness meditation is a deep dive into some of the eternal concepts and practices behind mindfulness, and will provide you with a solid understanding of how, what, and why we practice meditation.  So, if you are ready to learn how to gain greater focus and concentration; calm and balance the busy mind; be more present for your body; gain more clarity into your thoughts, actions, and words; and cultivate a deeper sense of love and kindness in your life; this program is for you!
